She was full of worms, mange, heartworms and was missing most of her teeth from neglect. She was treated by Dr. Dwight Nash, Shangri-La's "Wondervet" and now lives a well deserved "posh" life with Marie and Ronnie Pletsch (Sailor's mom) in Sarasota, FL. The following picture shows Frankie 2 days after being rescued. Compare with the photos above to see what a little TLC can do for a dog. Meet Cindy! She was put up for adoption on the 10th of February and had a new home by the 15th! What a wonderful Valentine she made. Here she is with her new family.
